Based in the beautiful surroundings of the Goodwood Hotel, picture yourself as our superstar Health & Wellbeing Administrator, providing a comprehensive administration service whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience on our membership sales tours.
Variety is the spice of life and you will actively engage with members on daily requests and enquiries, updating trackers, complete the renewal process for memberships and be a whizz at running reports and dealing with queries and correspondence.
You will support our Prem Core system with maintenance, data cleansing and the text management system, whilst ensuring all appointments are allocated correctly.
We are looking for an engaged Administrator who is passionate about what they do. We believe in you, to do what you do well, as part of a fun, supportive team who are motivated in providing a high touch service level to our members.
